Priorities for Blackheath
These top five priorities for Blackheath were agreed at the 30 September 2008 meeting:
- too much traffic through the village
- parking
- drinking culture / licensing issues
- litter and graffiti
- lack of facilities for children.
The Assembly will develop an action plan to address these priorities.
