Summary of objectives
The role of the Strategic Planning Committee is to:
- determine strategic applications for planning permission, listed building and conservation area consent.
- to authorise the Head of Law to negotiate planning obligations under Section 106 and highway agreements.
Frequency and location of meetings
Meetings are held as and when required and normally take place at the Town Hall, Catford, SE6 4RU.
