Decisions relating to:
- the contract letting process including approval of tenders, specification and shortlist, invitation to tender and decisions to award and if so to whom
- giving grants and/or other financial assistance to voluntary organisations.
Frequency and location of meetings
Meetings are held every three weeks and normally take place at the Town Hall, Catford, SE6 4RU.
