All contractors, suppliers and service providers will be expected to satisfy the Council of their ability to comply with the Code before they are considered for any contract to be let.
Contractors, suppliers and service providers will also be expected to comply with this Code during the currency of a contract and failure to do so could result in the termination of the contract and the imposition of restrictions on the opportunity to tender for future Council contracts.
