Important changes to your empty property rates
Changes come into effect on the 1 April 2008.
How to access the service
As part of our commitment to maintaining a quality service, your call may be recorded for training purposes.
All correspondence should be sent to the business rates department, contact details are at the bottom of this page, or visit AccessPoint - Catford; on Thursdays we offer late appointments up until 7pm.
Please remember to notify us immediately when you move or vacate any property. Documentary evidence may be required to alter our records.
What happens next?
We aim to:
- make changes to accounts within 10 working days of being notified
- respond to all correspondence within 10 working days of receipt
- reply to all email enquiries within 24 hours
- collect 99% of all national non-domestic rates due
- respond to all complaints within five working days of receipt.
